General Assembly
The General Assembly is the highest body
of the Association. It consists of the representatives
of the Members. Each National Member has
one vote.
The General Assembly has the following responsibilities:
- election of the Board, the President, the Vice- President and the Treasurer
- election of two Auditors
- election of the Registration Committeeand its chairman
- appointment of the Secretary General
- approval of the annual report of the Board
- approval of the annual accounts and ratification of the activities of the Board
- approval of the annual budget and the level of the subscriptions
- issue and modifications of the Statutes
- issue and modifications of the Standing Orders
- issue of the Registration Regulations including the level of the registration fees
- decisions of appeals against the Registration Committee
- admission of new National and Supporting Members and exclusion of such Members
- Appointment of Honorary Members
- dissolution of the Association.
