1993-1999 successful and lasting turnaround of the largest engineering service company in Switzerland, Helbling Technik AG, from a loss to a comfortable profit situation

1993-1999 continuous increase of the turnover and profit in all development centers (1998: 50% over the budgeted yield, high profitability in all profit centers)

1995-1999 continuous increase of the profit and of the orders subsequently of the previous good work. The portion of continued work with the same partners raised from 34% to over 90% in the development center due to customer satisfaction and excellent coworkers as well as efficient means and methods
